Check out our Menus!

Finally – FINALLY – we have uploaded both (or should I say all) of our menus! Check out the delicious paninis on the lunch menu, peruse the beverages including our amazing chocolate concoctions. Then move on over to the dinner and dessert menu (in whichever order you prefer). Drool over our mac and cheese, hummus and pita, and savory turnovers. Then, dip into some chocolate fondue for two, or maybe devour our delectable profiteroles.

Upcoming events and Pictures!

We have two live music events coming up – one today from 4-6pm featuring acoustic music from Tony Poulus. Also, Saturday Feb 26th we’ll be featuring music from Chris Vasquez.

To entice you to come in for these events, we’re sharing some recent photos taken by Steve Persall. After seeing his amazing work, there is no way you’ll be able to resist popping in for some profiteroles.

Blog Revamp

Hi Everyone! We are working on revamping our blog in the coming days, weeks, months. Stay tuned for things like upcoming events, new photos, menus, and feature stories on staff, wineries, and our coffee provider, Mr Espresso. We’ll also be having a chocolate of the week feature.

For now, keep in mind that every Thursday is 1/2 off any bottle of wine. Yes, that’s right. 1/2 Off. Any. Bottle.

Also, our next wine and chocolate pairing event will be February 10th featuring local winery Joyce Vineyards and our own chocolates, perfectly paired to create a flavorful bite/sip.

We’ll also being having live music again at the end of February. Get here early because the place fills up fast – more details to follow.

New Hours in San Jose Chocolate Cafe

We have added beer and wine to our menu.

We are now serving breakfast, lunch and dinner
8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mon. – Wed.
9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thurs. – Sun.

Evening hours start Friday

We finally had our beer and wine license approved!  Join us Friday November 26th for our first evening open. From now on, we’ll be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights until 10 p.m.  Our other hours are Sunday 9 to 6, Monday through Wednesday 8 to 6.

We will be offering several savory small plates including a cheese plate as well as our homemade chocolates, pastries, and desserts. We have a wide selection of wines that are sure to bring out the flavors of  everything on our menu.

We’re moving!

Our Cox Avenue location closed yesterday. Dolce Bella Chocolate Cafe opens Saturday October 30th!

Visit us at 5325 Prospect Road, in Westgate West center, at the intersection of Lawrence Expressway and Prospect Road in San Jose. We’ll be open 9 to 6 daily to start, then Thursday through Saturday evenings once our beer and wine license comes through.

We’ve hired a fabulous crew who will introduce you to the new Dolce Bella Cafe experience.
